How to Use:

1. Apply a facial oil, serum, or moisturizer so the tool glides easily without tugging.

2. For lymphatic drainage: glide the tool gently along your jawline, cheeks, and under the eyes toward your ears (1–5 times each area). Then move downward on your neck, and sweep upward on your brow and forehead.

3. For muscle relaxation: use slightly more pressure, anchoring with your other hand so you don’t stretch the skin. Repeat strokes 1–5 times per area.
